Because we are sleepy, just like men. I dream a lot - about all sorts of things. Mostly family and surreal things like floating in the sea.

I suppose that women, like men sleep when they can and need to, most people sleep at night, unless they work the night shift then they probably sleep during the day. Next they dream about things that are in their subconscious, similar to men. And last nightmares do rattle them, again just as they rattle men. I do hope that these answers have been helpful.

We sleep at night to regenerate just like every other human. We dream about many things, and some nightmares can be scary.

women and men both sleep at night. people dream about whatever there brain projects from the subconscious. not everyone is scared of nightmares.

because everybody needs sleep and just sleeps at night like everybody else, who knows..everybody has different dreams, yes-thats why they are called nightmares and not dreams

We dream about anything.Men,flying,and just about anything.Yes nightmares scare me.I don't like to be chased by someone who is tring to kill me.
