There is a movie called Humanoids From The Deep (1980)... hands down, cheesiest movie ever. Salmon have been irradiated by nuclear waste being dumped into a river or part of some science experience (who knows, who cares!) . The salmon mutate/evolve rapidly into humanoid-fish who need to mate with human women to continue their race's evolution. They terrorize a small town killing the men and raping the women. At the end of the movie a woman is giving birth to... ARGHHHH! FISH-BABY!
All the nudity, sex, violence, and gore required for the cheesiest horror movie of all time!
This was a Roger Corman movie though he was originally uncredited and actually remade his own movie in 1996 (and got worse reviews for it).
Get out the nachos, this is is SERIOUS CHEESE.

Dark Harvest 2.It's a guy running around in a corn maze all night looking for his daughters before some crazy farmer does or something.Low quality.Basically just a lot of shaky scenes of running through a cornfield(and living in Illinios,I see quite enough of that as it is).Made no sense.I never saw part 1 but from what I hear it wasn't much different.

A movie called "Hobgoblins".
A Friend of mine had a copy of it and we watched the most cheesy, horribly bad acted, plot hole ridden "horror" movie ever. There is a scene where one of the "main characters" (if you can call him that) jumps on a grenade, which explodes. Ten minutes later he is hobbling around on crutches and trying to have sex with his girlfriend.
(As an added bonus I recently saw "Hobgoblins" on a Mystery Science Theater 3000 collection.... Collection 7 or 8 I think)

I'm watching Halloween 5 right now and it's pretty horrible; but I guess it couldn't be called cheese.
Guess it would have to be Plan 9 From Outer Space.

I would have to say lately seen is a movie that was just on SCI FI channel called Route 666 with Lou Diamond Phillips and Lori Petty-total B flick. His father haunts this road and he was in jail on a chain gang and kills people and there is a crooked sheriff and all these people are dying one by one by these chain gang ghosts with jack hammers-ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ! Stupidity at its best!

I too watched that stupid Route 666 movie. It is so lame. There was some channel on DirecTV showing B horror movies. I caught a few minutes of one of them. Don't remember the name of the movie. It sucked though.
