my step-sister, who usually doesn't like to be bothered when upset is in her room crying, well more like sobbing. I want to see whats wrong but last time i did she blew up at me. Its really upsetting me, i can hear her from my room. what should i do?

slip a note under her door and just say Im here for you if you wanna talk. Just wait I bet you she'll come to you

You could talk to her and let her know you are concered and dont mean any harm... She may just like to be left alone when upset... thats how i am... I just say something really fast that someone said slip a note under the door... I think thats a perfect idea!

wait until she calms down a little and tell her that you are really concerned and want to know whats going on and if she tells you, you may be able to help her feel better.
