My husband want a game for xbox(not 360) that is strategic, in other words he's already sick of madden 07. I'm tired of listening to him whine about not finding a good game...he hates splinter cell, xmen, and star wars...they're not his "style" what ever the he*l that means.

Jade Empire is a good rpg.
Fable is another good one.

He might like Fable... it can be alot of fun. Not a lot of strategical warfare, but it definitely qualifies as an RPG. The best part is that you can make your character either good or evil depending on the choices you make... also, your character changes physically depending on your choices. For example.. if you use your sword alot, you get big muscles. Lots of magic makes you skinny and pale.. eating too much makes you fat, and so on.

Jade Empire is definitely a good one.
So it the KOTOR series, along with the Elder Scrolls series.
