CSI: New York... bracelet?

Does anyone know if the bracelet that the coroner just talked about on CSI is real? Where the only one who can take it off is the giver, and they have to use a special screwdriver? Just curious if they really exsist.

I looked around on the internet, but couldn't find anything like it. I was wondering if it was a real thing, myself. It's a good idea, if it hasn't been done.
