If I have a yahoo page up and want to go to another site it will override the page that is already opened.

If you hate tabs, you can just open a new browser window. File > New Window

it happens like that... the simple way u can crack this problem is u login to the other yahoo page in other browser. suppose if u have already opened in mozilla then try opening in IE... this should work

You may have too many other programs running in the back ground. Also you may not have enough "RAM" memory.

Try hitting "Control-Alt and the Delete" keys. then "END NOW the programs running that you don't need at the time. BUT NOT EXPLORER. That should help, if it does then you need more memory for sure.

I use Mozilla Firefox:

With it, I right click on any link and choose "open link in a new tab"
You should download it and use it instead if IE. Internet Explorer gets sick too easy.

use tabs. Hit CTL-T in Firefox or IE7. or use CTL-Click on the link, it will open in a new window.
