Danielle Evans won last year but she had to agree to get rid of her southern accent. If you watched the final episode, Tyra specified what kind of training she would get.
So what kind of lessons did she get? Voice, speech, etc?

i think you go to a speech coach who goes over words with you. this season when they have her on she does sound a little different but she still has some southern accents going on. nothing wrong with that! i love people with southern accents

she just took speech classes on how to learn how to pronounce certain words because it wasnt her accent, it was a southern dialect she had. and in teh south a lot of words they pronounce differently so she had to learn that. i didnt care how she sounded but she sounds even bettr now.
