We need to step-up our training efforts for their military police so eventually they can take over. The longer we're there, the longer they will depend on our help. They have gone so long under a strict ruler, that they are basically inadequate to function on their own. We need to keep at it; prepare their forces, and gradually pull-out. We can't just leave. Regardless of what you hear in the news, believe me, there ARE alot over there that are grateful we're still there.

As long as foreign military sits on Iraqi soil....they have no choice but to view our presence as defilement.
We are the Unbelievers. They are obligated, as per directives in the quran, to remove said defilers. Thus, jihad. It's a losing battle. They will have some conflicts to finally settle things after we pull out. But Iraq will not truly stabilize until we leave.

I think now, it is just a catch 22. If we stay, I don't think anything is going to get better, and if we leave, things will get worse, there and here, either way.
