Landlord probably won't like it. Sure. Will there be trapezes also, because they are great fun, and that is one of the first things I install in a new place.
You might want to take some sort of precautions to avoid people cracking their heads on the ceiling.
It may be okay if the landlord likes swinging and you let them play also.
