Considering him as a superior conscience, omniscient and omnipotent; it shouldn't be possible, and would be really non-recommendable.
But if you find a way, please tell us about it and its consequences.

You can't understand god, you don't know if god feels emotions, you don't know what in history was god or someone else, you don't know if god has a sense of humor if it does have emotions. There are to many other questions about god's personality than to start with this question. Technically speaking you could badger god, whether or not it has the effect your thinking about knowone would know, at least untill you do badger god and share you expirience. You feeling lucky?

No, God has a lot more patience than we do. The only time He would get fed up is if we are ignoring what He wants us to do--the Bible talks over and over about His frustration with the Israelites when He would give them one proof after another that He was right there in their midst, and they still ignored Him.
As for "badgering" God, the Bible tells us to be persistent in prayer. I've been praying for various friends to stop running from God, and while it's been a long time that I've been praying for them, I have no idea what He might be doing in their lives that I can't see. So don't give up.
Having said that, if you keep praying for something to happen and it's not God's will for it to happen, He will either not give you what you're asking for in prayer, He might give you what you want even if it's not what you need (so be careful what you ask for) or He will change your desires to conform to His desires as you seek His will.

Yes.
God hears and he answers all sincere prayers. However, he does not always give the answer we would like to hear.
When we don't hear what we want the tendancy is to say that God did not answer and we ask again. It is easier than doing something we don't want to do. When we repeat this cycle for the same things over and over we incur the "wrath of God" and he is irritated.

No one can get to God but through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, nice try though, and you know He already knew that one day you would ask this question and is probably smiling down at you. Oh ye of little faith.

The people Israel are those who wrestle with The Name. Consider Abraham. Consider Moses.

1. There's a warning against vain repetition, isn't there?
2. Every atheist will answer this question with "no."
3. Does it matter? You won't know 'til you're dead.
