i started my period on the 12th of oct and then we decided that we wanted to have a child so i stoped my birth control on the17th of oct and i just finshed another period that started the 22nd and i have a 28 day cycle my breast are swollen and tender, my lower back hurts, and i was cramping worse than a usual period. My question is could i be pregnant already, and if so would it show on a pregnancy test.

It may take time for your body to adjust to stopping the pill. My periods were off schedule for a few months and I had longer ones, more cramping, etc. Everyone is different, though. You should take a Pregnancy test and maybe see your Dr soon.

I doubt it, it's probably just a symptom of stopping birth control (assuming you were on the pill).
But go ahead and take a pregnancy test in about a week, see for yourself.

its your birthcontrol and dont expect your period next month it takes time to get your body back to normal after being on that it wont be just a 28 day cycle but goodluck to you

I just had a similiar experience it was just my body regulating after coming off of birth control.
