why cant i access certain areas of numerous websites with talk talk.?

i cant log in to my account with ebay or other registrations. it just comes up, 'The page cannot be displayed'?

just search a google or yahoo out to download and set this in windows to activate when online this is what i did its the only fault i have with talk talk though easily sorted once you know
