Please start on passenger side front to back then front drivers side front to back

You have it right. ALWAYS start from the front of the car. It is universay (EXCEPT SAAB)
Passenger 1 - 2 - 3 - 4
Driver 5 - 6 - 7 - 8

p/s 5678 d/s 1234 it is the side the head is sticking farther out is cyclinder 1 (toward the frt of the truck)
