Smile and say I'll see you/pick you up at "time and place" so you both know what's happening.

You have to be confident. After she says yes, (don't ask), TELL her what the evening plans are. If you get all wishy washy she might regret saying yes. If the time or day is not good for her(she has a hair appointment) and she can't give you a set time right then, just say "no problem, we'll talk later". She already said she'll go out with you, she'll wait to hear from you.

well if you barely know her then don't hug her because you'll lose your chance. So just smile and say ok at 7?(whichever time you prefer) If you know her and she's been your friend for awhile or your best friend then hug her!
