Are you allowed to bring cameras at rock concerts? I know that you're not allowed to bring camcorders at a rock concert but I am curious to know whether if you're allowed to bring a regular camera to a rock concert or not?

A lot of times it depends on the venue. You should be able to bring one.

Check the ticket, AND call the venue. I've had tickets that said cameras were prohibited, but once at the show they were allowing people to bring cameras in.

Depends on the venue and the policy of the group playing. Some don't mind, while others don't like the flashes (digital is of little use in big dark arenas). Check your ticket AND call the box office if you're not sure.

All concerts I have been too (both in US and Europe) allowed one to bring in cameras.

Have fun!

usually cameras are allowed.. do what the others said about checking beforehand.

watch for the phrase "recording devices" which usually means video and sound recording prohibited.

It will say so on the tickets. Some acts don't like the flashes.
