i want to play basketball in high scool my friends......well kinda friends think alll the basketball players at my scholl are diks(lesbo) i know thier not and i think i should just blow it off but it agrrivates me sooo bad i tell them just wait ..but idk i just need some confidence anyone??????

I played basketball all four years of my high school career. There was one lesbian on the team, and the remaining 11 of us were straight. We had an array of people on the team, in terms aside from sexuality. We had a some popular girls, nerdy gilrs, ghetto girls, dumb *** girls, ditzy girls, and bland girls. If you want to play basketball, don't let your friends stop you. Not only is it a great workout, but playing basketball is fun! Tell your friends that not all the girls are dykes and that they should give them a chance. Go tear it up!!! Good luck!

Who cares what they think? If they are your real friend they will support you no matter what the circumstances are. Do what makes you happy and screw everyone else.
