U can use Unlocker 1.8.5 to delete the file.

Try right clicking on desktop and in the drop down menu in 'arrange icons by' run desktop cleaning wizard. If it doesnt get deleted, its virus. You will have to scanyour computer with Norton or any anti virus program you have

u can try to run ur computer in safe mode. restart your computer and keep pressing the f8 key. then u can figure how to get to ur desktop. then find the file and see if u can delete it. the somethimes works but not always.
