as much as I look I can't find a job for my dad through the internet

You may not want to hear this, but you won't be able to find a job for your dad. He has to do it himself. Instead of trying to find him a job, find a networking group for him to join and they'll give him the tools to find a job for himself. You need to be the child and let him be the adult.

Has he tried going to a temp agency? If he's having trouble finding a job they are a good way to get his foot in the door.

maybe going to google, com and putting in your state for jobs(ex. Arkansas jobs) would help. Monster.com is a job website. you can also go to google and punch in job websites and there is alot of them!! Google is my favorite. You can usually find alot of stuff that way. I hope this helps!!

Of course, only the old fashion way works which is going door to door or whatever and applying in person.
