How do I export and/or import an email folder from my old address to my new one?

Anyone have ANY insight??

They are both Yahoo adresses. I just really don't want to loose 100's of important emails...I put them all in one folder though, so i dont know if that helps.

That would depend on what email program you are using.. in Outlook there is an import function under File, click on import and the GUI will step you through the import by asking questions.. any other mail program should work basically the same.. or did you try the help file?
