Gonna get a winter coat from Wal-Mart this weekend. Do any guys here have them and if so how warm do they keep you?

I'm not a guy, but my coat is from Wal-Mart. It works very well & it's a lost less expensive than if I'd bought it at a name brand joint.

No. I spent my money on a Columbia jacket that was supposed to be good for severe cold. It looks nice, but doesn't keep me very warm. You might be better off with the Wal-Mart jacket.

A Wal-Mart coat is just as good as any other coat, they just cost less. Makes more sense to me to buy one there.

I don't, but others have. It would depend on the coat and how much insulation it has, and what the cover was made of.
I do know others who have them. Some find coats they can machine wash, and that is convenient. Check all the seams so you find one with straight seams that seem like they will hold up.
Good luck. We don't get much cold weather around here.

OK, so I'm not a guy, but a few years ago I bought one and it kept me very warm. Trust me, that's saying something, since it's extremely cold in Maine. We see weeks where it doesn't get above -20 degrees F!!!! Brrrrrr......

I have one that I have had for several years and I keep it because it is the warmest I have found. It is weather proof out side and quilt lined on the inside.

THEY HAVE VERY VERY REASONABLE COATS SIZES SELECTIONS FROM WALLMARTS HONS, ONE RULE OF THUMB THOU HONS ALWAYS WEAR A HOODIE UNDER ANY COAT IT WILL HELP YOU STAY EXTRA WARM AND COMFY HONS, THEY THE COATS FROM WALLMARTS WE LOOK FOR ONE WITH SOMETHING LIKE THE FLEECE LINING IN THEM IT SHOULD TELL YOU ON THE LABELL. LAST WEK ON THE HOODIES(SWEATSHEARTS) OKAY THEY HAVE NICE PRICED REASONABLE WARM HOODIES IN THERE TOO HONS WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT WITH YOUR WINTER COATT!!

i do not quite placed on jackets of any type, its not that i do not want one or its not chilly the position i stay i favor now to not placed on one. yet i wager a jacket is a jacket, go contained in the save placed it on and be conscious if its warmth
