You might have that statement confused just a bit,...how about, " It's an excuse for guys to dress up like sluts without being called queer...."
Whatever,...It's Halloween people just want to be free to have some fun in thier alter- ego for an evening.

I REALLY DO THINK SO...MY MOTHER WAS A HOOKER THE HALLOWEEN B4 LAST AND HER HUBBY WAS A PIMP... SHES 45 SO IT WAS KINDA DISCUSTING... THEN LAST YEAR SHE WENT AS A BIKER CHICK WEARING BUTTLESS PANTS :(
