every time I let it go into hybernation mode then try to get back on it runs super slow, like I'm running on a 8-10 second delay, I usually have to reboot before it goes back to normal, any idea why?

Not unusual for hybernation ..... In fact most geeks don't use it because it has the ability to corrupt files. If it doesn't work well, just turn it off - and have your monitor "go black" after so many minutes of no use.

all hibernation is is just like whatever your doing and then shutting down and turning it back on and there is what was one before, you may be shutting it off with too much stuff in the memory so when you turn it back on it trys to sort it all out and there is your slow performance, it also could be RAM size or processer speed.
