I don't think it's early at all. Just apply because they always ask when you can start so it's not like you have to start right away just because you applied for it right now. Just make it reasonable, for example, don't apply now if you can't start for like 2 years. I would say 3-6 months is good most of the time, especially if you are applying places where you will have to relocate or if it's out-of-state because you might have to go there for an interview.

My friend just graduated over the summer and he's been talking to his potential employer for 8 months now. He's had EIGHT interviews and has had to go out of state a couple times for the interview. Point is, he applied for it way before he actually started working.

If I were you, I wouldn't hesitate any longer and start applying. Good luck!

yea, it maybe a little early. If you apply now and do not want to work until summer, you application will just go to the bottom of the pile and be forgotten. Just call up the places you want to work at and ask. Most chains have set seasonal hiring periods

Go ahead and start now. Send a resume with a cover letter explaining your graduating and looking for career options.

I think you can start now. Most employers take their time to hire the right person. Just let them know your situation and your start date. If anything, you can start practicing your job-seeking and interviewing skills.
