In your email software set up an account for them just like you set up your account.. with a couple of differences..

Set it up to use their user name for their email, with their password... but then..

In the email setup for their incoming server you would put their incoming POP3 server name... and in the outgoing mail server name you would put in your smtp server name..
Test it and you should have it set to go.
