Joker Killed one Robin already. Jason Todd. Joker beat him practically to death with a pipe and then blew him up. Jason Todd (The second Robin) was dead.
Plus Joker has no problems killing, you know, him being a homicidal maniac and all. Robin would have to at least think about sparing Joker's life, giving the edge to the clown prince of crime.

It would totally depend on the situation. Robin is BY FAR the better fighter of the two, having spent most of his (albeit young) life training in martial arts and combat. And the technology of his gadgetry is generally superior to that of Joker's, seeing as how Robin's stuff has all been developed by Batman/Wayne Enterprises/assorted contracted experts Batman has used. The tricky thing about the Joker, though, is his mind. He usually plans out his acts well in advance, and he designs situations to give himself the edge. So if the situation was something that the Joker had planned, he would usually win. But if it was a spontaneous one-on-one situation where the Joker hadn't been expecting to be fighting someone as highly trained as Robin, then Robin would clean his clock!

Joker because Robin is not batman and doesn't have the same kick *** utility belt that batman does...so all in all..joker would totally pwn the hell out of Robin and then harley quinn would definately finish the job.
