I like "Imagine Me & You", by Ol Parker. I like its upbeat nature. It drags your mind from the inevitable worries and social stigma being a lesbian entails. Plus, Piper Perabo and Lena Headey are hot! \m/

Here's one, a true love story:
"The story of Del Martin (May 5, 1921) and Philys Lyon (November 10, 1924)"
"Activists across the country celebrated as the couple, together for 51 years, became the first same-sex couple to obtain a marriage license and marry in the United States.
Feb. 12 in San Francisco when they became the first same-sex couple in the United States to have their marriage recognized by a government entity."
The unfortunate truth is that the State of California REVOKED their marriage certificate less than a year later.

Brokeback Mountain always takes the cake, every time.
Aimee and Jaguar is also cited as good one, though I found it only okay. It is very dramatic and romantic, though.
Hedwig and the Angry Inch is fan-freaking-tastic, although it's more of a story about a person learning to love hirself, not anyone else. But it has GBLT overtones.
Annie on My Mind by Nancy Garden. Wonderful book that opened my eyes as a youngster.
The Year They Burned the Books. Nancy Garden just knows how to write, and write well.
I know there are more; I'll get back to you. Cheers!

God do in comparison to gruesome. Fiction. author: M. Monroe. it quite is the reality at its fullest. I enjoyed the way that it describe diverse people. It became like i could desire to confirm them as I study it. the author painted a image with words. a stunning variety of writing. So unique that once I observed a representation of 1 of the chacters on the conceal, i became dissatisfied. the author painted the main character no longer something like she became describe. They tried to make her appealing, while on the define the female became for sure no longer eye-catching to the attention. It tells a narrative of the rawest strikes in existence, lots that for the time of the beginning up i could no longer study any extra by way of fact it pronounced me, till i found out that she became writing precisely what each physique else became working from or conceal. uncooked actuality. on your face.

I personally think "I Think I Do" was a very touching Romantic love story. Also "Big Eden" was good I love the movies with the Romantic endings. And both of these kind of take my breath away.

I'm actually thinking of adapting mine and my wife's into a screenplay, as she's finally given me permission to do so!
Apart from that, I love any real-life ones that involve old people who've been together forever. And I love any that just work. Unfortunately, the media hasn't really caught up to reality.
