If you have the 2.2L, it will be a little more difficult to find because it uses a filter element and has a cover that requires a 32mm socket or flat oil filter wrench to get off. So don't look for the traditional type can style filter. Look for a cap with big hex on top. If you have the 3.5L, the filter is located just behind the crank balancer/pulley.

If you can't recognize an oil filter, and you plan on changing it your self, go to the auto parts store and buy one. Put your car up on ramps or jackstands and crawl under it. You know what the filter looks like now, so it should be easy to spot.

just look for the round cylinder its a totally different color from everything else! its usually buy your oil pan or manifold!

its on the back side of the engine ,,kind of tucked away on it,there kind of hard to get to but that's where it is,good luck i hope this help,s.
