I am having trouble finding where u get them. Where do u find them?

Go the Wizard circle south of Varrock (I think...it's been awhile since I played a lot) and kill the wizards - they drop talismens and runes.

Yes. You won't receive any fire runes in your inventory, but if you have the staff equipped it will substitute for any fire runes needed in your spells. The same is true for the Air, Earth and Water Staffs. You can buy them in Varrock from Zaff's Staff Shop for 1500g each.

depends im not a member but i would go underground and kill skelatons easy way to lvl mage and easy runes if not then just craft them
