Well, as long as we are here on Yahoo!, why not go to the main page and look under "advertising." Chances are very good they have some lovely ideas.
But the Internet has advertisements all over it. There seems little need to involve any paper unless someone prints out a spec sheet or something. Otherwise, Internet advertising is comparatively clean.
And you clearly want your own web page, so that the person who sees an advertisement can be directed to the firm with its "best foot forward," as they say. That is, the presentation of your firm which is designed by you or your consultant.

try to go to squidoo.com . i am not familiar with thier rules but all i know is that you can post your products there. You will create your own account and start posting whatever you fancy.
Also try craigslist.com, this is solely for FREE advertisements. But beware of thier rules. Read the rules first before you post.

Check out these website: export.gov as well as alibaba.com. You can list your product on there website for free. Plus, there are other sites that you can list your product. If I knew what your product is I can give you a list of place to go.

You could try to get it on the TV news... Like CNN..... If it is really great they will pick up on that an do a story about it.
Maybe an infomercial...
Or go on Jay Leno or Letterman they sometimes have 'invention' segments.
