Talk talk have had problems for months. this is mainly because they are trying to expand there network by cutting corners.

They take on 20 lines when they only have space for 15 and they then route people through other local sub call stations.

then when they get the extra 5 where they need them, they have to play around because they have 10 waiting to be installed. You can see where this is going cant you.

I dropped talk talk because i didn't know weather i would have broadband from 1 hour to the next.

Hope this is help full

Anyone I know personally who is with TalkTalk has been having problems with their dodgy service. This has been going on since they became popular. And it can't have helped that they took over AOL. Especially when they hadn't sorted their problems before the takeover. noobs

I'm glad to be with BT <3
I don't care that its a bit pricey because the service has never been slow or let me down.

That bargain deal doesn't seem so good anymore huh?

I am told it is just teething problems caused by the great demand that Talk Talk has generated.. killed by oversubscribing it.. they will get there but it will take time
