It's like the age old question of England or US; Beefeater's or Federal Beef. The Salvation Army is for volunteers, I believe the US does have clinics though

USA, we don't have some maple leaf on our flag. Plus, we're not french.
I heard the other day that the French raised their national security level. That means they're one away from surrender.
