i hate razor burn...possibly try applying neosporin and...I'm not sure why you have to wear a skirt, but if you can, try wearing tights, leggings, or if this is a private school thing, knee socks. If you live anywhere other than Florida then its probably cold anyway. This way no one will know you have bumps! if youre really desperate make a light concealer out of water and powder foundation and apply it to the bumps tomorrow.

It's razor burn. Always use a new razor and tons of soap, shaving cream, or shampoo, which actually works best as it softens the hairs and prepares them for shaving. Try sensitive skin razors. Lotion will only make it worse and cause burning and itching. I'm not sure how old you are, but there is a product called Coochie that prevents the bumps when shaving.

When that happens when I shave my face, I use Witch Hazel. It's found at the drug store. Very soothing slightly astringent, good for right after shaving and it doesn't burn. Hope this helps you.

use a rough shower spunge and scrub with body wash all over your legs in curcular motion, this will slough off dead skin and prevent ingrown hairs and bumps. you will get the closest shave ever afterwards!:)
