I'm looking for bands like Trans Siberian Orchestra, but I don't just want Christmas music. Anyone have any names of bands?

Emerson, Lake and Palmer did rock versions of several classical pieces, and integrated parts of others into their own songs. Yes were also notorious for that (particularly keyboardist Rick Wakeman). Synergy, Tomita and Walter/Wendy Carlos all did purely electronic versions of classical pieces, with Carlos the most closely classical and Synergy the closest to rock. Yngwie Malmsteen is famous for his guitar-shredding versions of Paganini's "Caprices for Violin".
The music was actually considered a genre at one time (or a sub-genre of "Progressive Rock") and named "Bach 'n' Roll"

Try Nova Era they aren't quite as "rock" as TSO but I think they sound pretty good.
