The only ON-LINE information available commercially is by subscription only.
To get what you need, either purchase a repair manual from a parts store or go to the library and check what they offer.
An easier, though less efficient means to check is to remove one fuse, inspect it and replace it one at a time. when you find a blown fuse, it doesn't really matter if it is for the clock/radio or not, it is blown, replace it with a new fuse of the correct rating. If the clock/radio now works, you found the bad one. If not, keep checking, but one at a time, to avoid confusion.

Good Luck

I have a 91 cougar but i lost my cover for the fuses, if yours is gone also, i think the radio is on the right side fuse area and down towards the bottom, just start on the bottom and pull them out one at a time and check them to see if there blown, its pretty simple, sorry i lost my cover or i could tell you right where they are. good luck.

you'll just have to find the blown fuses and replace them , correctly,
and hoop they work.
