Have you done it before while chewing gum? That when I do it the most and it hurts really bad too.
And do you eyes water when you bite the inside of your mouth?

Yes, this is why I stopped chewing gum. My eyes water when I do this as well.

Yes I have done that before and right it hurts like a bugger.
Can't recall about the weepy eyes, they probably do.
Good thing is that cuts and abrasions in the mouth seem to heal pretty quickly.
Maybe you should think about giving up the gum.

just rinse your mouth with warm salt water or diluted peroxide a few times a day untill well the mouth heals fast

Oh yeah. And it hurts alot. Or burning the roof of your mouth with pizza cheese.

I HATE THAT it gets so annoying I remember I was in the middle of class doing a test when All of a sudden you hear OWWWW yup I hate that lol
