Does anyone know of an absolutely free Spam Filtering Application or software for Oulook and Outlook Exprees. One That is safe for my PC and will not cause viruses or spyware?

safest way is to stick with yahoo. You can import addresses from other email accounts to yahoo, which makes the whole process much easier.

Outlook 2003 and greater (not Outlook Express) comes with it's own built in spam filter.

I recommend doing away with Outlook entirely. Spam aside, it's also vulnerable to viruses, thanks to its (otherwise unused) scripting capability. I used to use EudoraPro, then I switched to Thunderbird and haven't looked back since. Thunderbird is free, has great spam filtering, user-defined filters, and handles my insane collection of email accounts perfectly.
