Just like the moon.

No atmosphere - no insulation - no storing of heat.

Hot on the light side, extremely cold on the dark side.

It would increase. In the long run, almost all the radiation that isn't reflected gets re-radiated back to space in some form. Some of it powers the weather and life based chemical processes. Since the earth would be much darker with no clouds or Ice to reflect light, or weather to turn heat into mechanical work, it would absorb more radiation in the day and re-radiate it all back out at night.

It would happen very, very quickly leaving us to perish, and, because there is no air pressure in space to have pushing down on us, we would all explode.
