Definetly "Lost", but you might want to catch the first seasons first to catch up. "Heroes" is also a good one (new).
Other than that, I watch a bunch of "chic" shows and reality shows.

If you like 24, I'd think you'd like Lost because it's an adventurous show and it's hard to know what will happen next. Most people like it but since I don't know you very well I can't really say the perfect show for you but perhaps you like Lost. The only thing is you'd have to start from the first season. It is going to have 2 more episodes and end in November and start back in Febuary. It's at 9:00 every Wednesday

well it depends on if you just have basic cable. if so then you're pretty much watching the best. but i do recomend CSI Las Vegas. If you have cable: BBCAmerica shows are hilarious, Little Britain and Jack Dee at the Apollo. AZN network has a lot of good shows like The Bridge. Independent channels, you've got Monkey Dust, The Basilisk, and Samurai 7

I've noticed several people have recommended LOST. I do the same! LOL It's my favorite....I also recommend Heroes(Save the cheerleader, save the world) and Grey's Anatomy
