meaning- If women were the main bread winners the majority of the time and men stayed at home most of the time to raise kids--do you think that women would hit a midlife crisis as often the way men today do- having affairs because they are bored with whats at home, wishing they hadn't married THAT person, or had THOSE kids, or had chosen THAT career--do you think if the tables were turned-- women would be just as fed up and devious while their desperate stuck hubbies are left reading books on how to "Hang Onto Your Wife After An Affair" while she is staying late at the office?????????? Just wondering.

We do get fed up...and we don't need to swap places. Women are making just as much if not more than their husbands and trying to raise families. I don't need to trade places with my man to know how all that feels.
