This is exactly the same show that use to be on MTV called Fear, but this is done with celebs instead of teenagers. But my question is does anyone think the stuff that happens on this show is real, or special effects added in ? I wanna believe it's real but it was kinda over the top.

I don't know but it was definitely entertaining to me i used to watch fear on MTV until i moved to bfe of course. Most likely though it was special effects but i like to belive that its real

i doubt it was real. there were sometimes shadows and stuff and moved objects.. i mean, the crew could have done all that. and if ghosts were real, how the heck would shadows of GHOSTS be captured on camera? o_o i thought that can't happen.

I think that some of it is real. Some of the Actors play it up a little, but I think it is real. I wouldn't go into the sanitorium!

I watched it and thought it was very...interesting. I think Gary should be a regular. I loved it how one minute he was saying something like...go with Jesus and He will protect you...and the next minute he was telling the one chick to **** off. I think it was a set-up but it was interesting seeing their reactions to various stimuli.

I honestly think that they add in shadows, and that during the investigation I think they had shadow extras messing with them, I mean, the red ball they kept seeing? It was in color when they saw it, but they also showed it on the roof during their "reenactment" scenes.
