If it is luke warm baby complain! You should have hot pizza at your home like ya get at the restaurant!

You could specify hot, but you might end up with someone's snot on your pizza.
If it's cold, call and bi*ch about it. I used to do that all the time to Pizza Hut 'cuz everytime I'd order something they'd screw it up. They would give me a credit for a free pizza the next time I called. They were so lame they even screwed up the free pizzas so I'd call and bi*ch about those too!
I didn't pay for pizza very often when I ordered from the Hut!

The few times I have gotten a warm pizza from Pizza Hut I called, and they gave me a coupon for another one.

That is why they have insulated bags .. to keep it hot! so why shouldnt you expect it to be delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and still hot. I would call and politely complain (they might spit in your food or something otherwise) and request either a refund or replacement.
