So you have 2^(12+12+8+8) * 3^(6+6+8+8)
Simplified:
2^20 * 3^28

Y= 6^8
X= 6*2
6^8(6^2)= 36^4

Are you asking for (2^8*3^8)^(2^8*3^8) * (2^12 *3^6)^(2^12*3^6) ?
2^8*3^8 = 6^8
2^12 = 4^6
2^12*3^6 = 4^6*3^6 = 12^6
So you have (6^8)^(6^8) * (12^6)^(12^6)
What do you want it simplified to?
