I've tried so many times, but I can't beat it. In case the name doesn't ring a bell, I'm on disk 3. I just saved Rinoa from the people from Esthar who had her confined in this big machine. We went inside the Lunatic Pandora and fought Seifer's two friends(can't remember their names). After roaming around a bit, I met up with them again, but this time they kindly left me this huge machine to fight (mobile type 8). How do I beat it? Please help!

aura magic spells can be gotten from a few draw points on the island of heaven, or the island of hell, i think.
if that's not the case, you can always get some aura stones from modifying cards, then modifying the aura stones into aura spells with the support magic rf (supt mag-rf).
with tool-rf, the steel pipe becomes one aura stone, the strength love becomes two aura stones, and the power wrist becomes 10 aura stones.
the aura spells are great for junctioning, but otherwise will make your characters use their limits like 90% of the time. if they don't have the option to use the break, just skip them, they will probably get it next time.

mobile type 8 is also weak to lightning, if that helps.
when it does that thing where it brings everyone to 1hp, the left thing has curaga spells that you can draw and immediately cast, cause the next move he's making does a good amount of damage.

All you've gotta do is keep your HP high/normal. Aura magic is okay but is not too reliable. Try giving it a hard time on GF Bahamut and Eden (draw from Ultima Weapon).
If that's not working either, try to use limit breaks. Squall Renzokuken is enough.
I think Mobile Type 8 is not too difficult to beat. Omega Weapon and Ultima Weapon are the challenging ones.

Its very helpful to have some aura magic spells, then simply do Limit Break attack over and over.
