if you think ur old enough to have sex, you should know that you need to use protection!! use a condom or get on the pill, although it sounds like ur a little young to be on the pill or having sex. but whenever you have unprotected sex there is always a chance that you could be pregnant. theres also a chance to get pregnant using condoms, but that is not very likely...if you get ur period though, u should be ok. you can also go buy a pregnancy test and take that if you think you may be.

You could be pregnant, but since you just had your period it's a small possibility...

I'd definitely go to Planned Parenthood, or somewhere like it, to get tested (a week, or so, after intercourse) just to make sure. Also, discuss birth control options.

Plus, you really should use a condom for the first YEAR of a relationship, whether you're on another type of birth control or not... that's because of STDs, but it's also nice to have the extra protection.

Once you get pregnant, there's no going back... Yes, there are options (I.E. abortion) but then you have to live with that for the rest of your life... Don't take the chance.

At the VERY least, get an at-home pregnancy test, and start using a condom NOW!!!

Please DO NOT listen to anyone who tells you that it's unlikely that you may become pregnant just because you just got your period. Anything can happen--some people can even get pregnant on their period. Some women even have periods for a while, even if they ARE pregnant.

So what can you do? First of all, get in touch with your doctor or your local Planned Parenthood IMMEDIATELY. They can get you emergency contraception. If you have a good relationship with your parents, they may be able to help you; if not, then Planned Parenthood or your doctor is your best bet.

You can take emergency contraception (which is a high dosage of a birth control pill hormone) up until 5 days after you have sex, but it is best at preventing pregnancy if you take it ASAP.

If it is too late to take emergency contraception, then talk to your doctor or Planned Parenthood for further options.

Whatever you do, if you decide to have sex again, no matter WHAT your boyfriend says, USE CONTRACEPTION. I can't emphasize this enough. Use condoms with spermicide, condoms without spermicide, go on birth control, or whatever else you have to do. If you are going to take on the responsibility of sex, you have to take the responsibility to protect yourself from pregnancy.

Also, no matter what anyone tells you, "pulling out" is NOT a method of birth control because pre-ejaculate fluid that comes out of his penis can still have sperm and still get you pregnant.

Also: For about $10-$20 Planned Parenthood can give you a pregnancy test that will be more accurate than the tests that you buy in stores. They are much more convenient, as well, because the store-bought tests require that you take them a few days before your next period, while a doctor or Planned Parenthood performed test can help you out much sooner.

um, no..
any time you have sex without protection you are taking a chance at becoming pregnant..

dont make the same mistake again..

you might want to talk to your parents and make an appointment at your local Planned Parenthood..they will test you and go over the options with you of what the next step to take is, depending on the outcome and your personal wishes..

Stop having unprotected sex until you are ready for the responsibility of a child. I am sorry to come of so hard, but babies are real and do not ask to be brought into this world. You are taking a big risk, not only in that area, but STD's are real also.

you should never have unprotected sex!!!! i can't stress that enough. it's not just getting pregnant you have to worry about. if you used protection like you were supposed to, you wouldn't have this thing to worry about!

your body is more sensitive than you think.. i got my period on my wedding day - and it lasted for 7 days. i was on my honeymoon for 10 days and i came home pregnant. my husband and i conceived our first born while i was still bleeding- i think it was the 6th day of my period..

as far as what to do if you're pregnant??? try the morning after pill. they sell it over the counter now.

don't do this again, please. protect yourself from disease and unwanted pregnancy. good luck to you.

If you have just had your period you are not pregnant. You are very unlikely to become pregnant if you had intercourse just after your period (say 7 days afterwards).
