They have had my front loading washer for 7 months! After several weeks of going to the laundromat we purchased a new washer and dryer. Now the gas company( after 7 months) wants to bring our washer back supposedly fixed.
Do we have any options for compensations???

I don't know what gas company you have but a repair for any appliance wouldn't take that long. When my company fixes appliances they are done on site. If its a leased item they should have brought in a replacement during that time. You should have been on the phone to management and demanded better service.
