A:) concrete on a massive scale
It was used in every aspect of the roman life from wast disposal to making an aqua duct spanning over 50 miles to bring running water to the Romans with out concretee there empire as we know it would be nothing. Not to include roads and the fact that concret did not come back into play in till the early 1900's. (Bricks are not concrete). They where literally thousands of years ahead of any one Else not to be rivaled till today.
