Perhaps you're not pulling your weight around the house. Research has shown that men who share the work around the house get more sex. You have no idea how demoralising it is to look after kids/house all day. It is depressing and tiring, more so if you're shouldering the entire burden yourself. She doesn't sound like she's playing mind games to me, she sounds like she's upset and confused and she has a low sex drive for a reason. Perhaps you need to talk to her or go for counselling together.
