Actually I find the class really interesting and intriguing...but I still need help for the chapter exams and the big one in Spring.

Sounds like you are studying for the test, not to actually learn about European History. If you want to really learn about Europe, learn the developement of Art, music, and ideas (philosophy) along a time line, so you can put important developements in context. Read books on art history, music appreciation, philosophy overview, as well as anything that will tell you what life was like for the ordinary person. It is very important to understand the arc of historical development, with all of these elements woven in, they each affected the other. DO NOT just study names and dates- you will end up knowing a lot of trivia, but nothing about how European history still impacts our thinking today. By the way, this is actually very interesting stuff, and you just might enjoy it.

Isn't this more a question for secondary education (aka High school?)

I used the Kaplan AP books for assistance, however I hear Princeton and Baron are both very good as well. Either way, all the books serve as a great tool for studying and review. I ended getting a 5, and I thank my book and a great teacher for that one.

Good luck!
