The Gender of a baby can usually be determined between 18-20 weeks. That is of course assuming that you have a cooperative little fetus who doesn't enjoy moving.

It is usually after 20 weeks if you are lucky. My second son was turned wrong and we couldn't see good. You can tell earlier on the 3D and 4D ultra sounds. It depends on the type.
