My boyfriend is taking 3 classes this semester. One of the classes he has an A+ in, the other two he is failing. He totally lacks motivation to attend lectures to these classes, or show up for the exams. He's only taken one exam in each one, and I know that he skipped the 2nd exam for one of the classes, and hasn't turned in 3 projects for the other class. The class he has an A in he goes to allll the time. How can I get him to be motivated for the other two classes?

Sounds like it might be too late to save his grades in the other classes. If he actually cares, he'll wake up when he gets the failing grade. If he doesn't care, then he can drop out and save the money of failing classes.

Encourage him, maybe take him out for dinner if he makes an A or a B on his exam.

Withhold the nooky.

Nothing says "motivation" to a guy more than withholding the nooky.
